Corn-derived syrup clear and colourless, without gluten, with low sweetening power (44% compared to sucrose). It is a preservative product, it gives toughness, elasticity and shining effect. It is used anywhere in pastry for candies, etc. It inhibits the crystallization of sucrose, allows a better control of moisture and gives the product greater viscosity and plasticity.
